Supposed to write about this yesterday but I was so tired and procrastinate this until today.
Erhem so let's get started...
With fetching of Victor, reached school around 7 am. Saw not much ppl there except the excos. Not much of tables arranged there, probably they expected there would be not much ppl come for this event gua.
After loading our items and waited for a while, much more ppl came liao, and the cooking competition started around 7.30am. Originally, our group has 6 ppl, which are me, Victor, Euvern, Jacob, Jian Feng and Jason, but the last two said that they are not coming, so left 4 ppl. On the other hand, we joined Yi Heng's group (with Yi Heng, Eunice, Jian Jun and Low Jia Kai) as they have not much ppl in their group too.
Firstly, we had a short station game for each group, but that's not quite necessary becuz' at last even which group won, nobody's gonna get totally disadvantaged, only the ingredients got are limited.
Thanks to the early discussion and arrangement, most of us brought additional items in case it needs, except non-halal food lol.
Btw, each group compulsory got 2 whole chicken legs, and that's worth of the competition fee of RM5 per pax.
Then, we started cooking at 8.30am, and given 2 hours to cook the dishes based on your own creativity.
Firstly, I planned to cook ABC soup, but somehow everyone's own recipe, which make me quite fascinating how diversified the method of cooking this dish lol.
But at last we set an agreement and we finally made this soup edible in the last 30 minutes haha.
We made a teamwork that Yi Heng, Eunice, Jia Kai and Jian Jun done Western dishes, Jacob done Kong Pao Chicken (宫保鸡丁), I done 罗汉斋 and ABC soup with help by Euvern and Victor.
Really 手忙脚乱 that time haha, not even have a time to look at others' works.
At last, we managed to cook 5 dishes and 1 soup, which can be considered much in 2 hours.

Quite tired huh... Well, let's look at Pearlyn's group's (with Pearlyn, Bryan, Jeck Le, Siau Sing, Jia Hui and Cin Ni) masterpiece...
Very nice also... Carbonara spaghetti, grilled chicken, scrambled egg and mashed potatoes.
At last is the tasting section by three teachers as judges.
Hmm... It's just as same as the reality cooking competition in TV programmes, where we introduced our dishes one by one with some explanations on how to use the ingredients without wasting.
Well, much of the marks are fully concentrated on the main course and the others are based on groups' teamwork and cleanliness.
So, well, for me was quite unexpected, our group won the second price, with a reward of RM30!!!
If the money divided at least can earn back some haha, but now still haven't decide how to divide the money, but I probably just make it as class fund easier.
After cleaning up and packing, everyone gathered to take a group photo together. So the photos haven't published on Facebook yet so probably once the photos are published I would post it here, however on the other posts of course, stay tune!
We went home around 12 pm. Somehow happened a 小插曲, Eunice was probably tired, she can't have a good walk as she had a bad headache and dizzy. Fortunately, with the help from Yi Heng, now what I know is that she's okay right now, just need more rest.
So, how was it? Well, quite a new experience for me, the first time of cooking wor haha! My 罗汉斋 actually taste good (what my mum said), just not sure why got a little bit bitter only, although the process are right in direction.
Well, for a starter, there's a lot of things to learn of course, hope I can cook more better dishes then!
