MALAYSIA Food, My Beautiful LIFE!!!

#7
19th December

"Eat" this word, cannot leave from our mouth because we have 3 or 5 meals for a day. Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, tea time, dinner and supper. For normal people, we just eat 3 meals. But for a good-eating people, they eat 4 or 5 meals. I like Malaysia food the most. Chinese, Malay and Indian, their foods are traditional and are very attractive to Malaysia foods lover, just like me.

Let us start from Chinese, most of us are Chinese. Because we are Chinese, we eat the most Chinese foods in our life. Cookies and kuih and not out of the Chinese food's lists. During the Chinese New Year, the whole family will made a lot of cookies, cakes, kuih, biscuits and many more. How busy for that day!!! At the age like me, It's time to learn some skill to make the cookies. Baking, mixing, texturing and decorating, these are the steps to make a cookie, cake or any can-baking food.

Moreover, Dim Sum is also one of the traditional Chinese food. Every year of Chinese New Year, every Sundays or during the holidays, some of us will go to the cafe at the morning to have a breakfast. Most of us will eat Dim Sum. This is because we can eat a lot of traditional snack which are cooked by steaming and frying in small saucers. When we are eat the Dim Sum, we will drink a traditional cup which is filled with hot tea. There are many kind of tea, I like the chrysanthemum (Sunflower) tea the most, the tea has a little bit of sweetness. Green tea would be a little bit tasteless. But, I like all the smell of teas because the smell is refreshing.

Now, talk about the Malay foods. The most unique Malay traditional food is Nasi Lemak. The curry is spicy but the ingredient of this food is awesome. Egg, ikan bilis, a small fish, some slices of cucumbers and some nuts. That's a perfect food!!! Kuih bahulu is a soft cake that are baked in a shape container. The main ingredients are sugar, eggs and flour. That's is easy to do it. I hope a have a chance to make some for my family.

The last is Indian, their first-rate traditional food is Roti Canai, a thin piece of flour cake. The stall-keeper will turn the Roti Canai on a oiled board. Keep turning to make it flat and thin. Too bad when it is turning too slow, there will be many holes on the Roti Canai. After the Roti Canai is flat and thin, it will be fried on a pan until it become golden-brown. Eat the food with dipping it into a bowl of curry, that's the simple way to eat this food.

For our whole life, we are not at overseas, we are at Malaysia, a unique country with 3 races, is now become a must-to-traveling place. Here, you can find peace and the love of the Malaysia in the whole of the world. You must happy at here and make our country proud to the international stage. That's why we are "Satu Malaysia"!!!

Next chapter I will talk about sports in my life and my friends' sports.
