Food Fair

Today is the last day of June, yet I haven't update anything about the food fair during the last Saturday.

But b4 that, rmb I told you all about the combined AGM of Sixth-Form Society, PA Society and The Waves?

Ya at least now I got a post in PA Society, which is Unit Perancangan, or in English, Project Planning Unit.

Phew I think it's enough, now the post of president or vice president has given to others dy.

Alright, now the main theme: FOOD FAIR 2015!!!

So, I was arranged into logistic group, which we need to set up the stalls and help the peddlers to load down stocks like that.

Actually at last Friday, all upper six food fair committees stayed back to help set up everything too.

Damn tired nia this took so much time to set up everything, since the ppl is not really much.

Well, that's the main point, so let's continue to next day.

Erhem... Reached school just for a while nia and informed to continue working, same as yesterday, load down the stocks.

Fortunately, we just busy before and after the food fair, so when the food fair started, it's the free time for us to buy food la, drinks la and "sang" la haha. (All workers are given free RM10 coupons to buy food and drinks)

But somehow need to standby to make sure the stocks are enough.

Anyway since I was so free so I took some pictures la.

Okay b4 the food fair we are told to sell 3 books of coupons (1 book RM20).

But I dunno to sell to who so my parents bought them and they also came to this food fair to buy food for me lo, haha actually the food had made my dinner since I already knew that I will be very late to back home.

Likewise, if there's a big event in CLHS, it's actually bringing chung ling kia to back to school.

So met a lot of old friends, most of them had finished their first term in college for A-levels.

Haizz lots of nostalgia came in my mind...

Too sad I can't see any Matriks friends probably they will be rush if they came for food fair.

But anyway, our class combined with other classes to set up a stall, selling Ice cream toaster.

So here is it...

Being one of L6F4 should support friends' stall right?

So I payed RM4 coupon to try it, and given extra ice cream haha xD

Still nice haha can't believe the taste is so good.

Other than that I also bought air tebu, 酸柑柠檬水, float...

And left RM1 dunno buy left, mah buy mineral water lo lol.

All workers were provided lunch with chicken rice and unlimited mineral water.

Damn tired and thirsty I think I took more than 3 litres of water that day haha XD

The food fair ended around 2pm.

Well this time it ended faster since other than our logistic group, KRS members and lower six students also helped in cleaning up the whole thing.

At least I can rest for a while, and more clean-up, I back home around 4.30pm.

OMG reli tired die me, feet soaked in lemon juice dy haizz...

But it's quite a meaningful day for me, learnt a lot of things on how to organize such a big event.

Well, I'm now one of the committees of PA, hope that I could be one of the organising committees for future events :)

Okay here's the update for food fair.

And btw, I dunwan to be chosen to be in logistic group anymore... xD

Week of AGMs

Again it's been a week I didn't blog lol.

Probably no events for the past few days but for this week there're tons of events lol.

This week is the week of interviews and AGMs, and finally the most important event -- THE FOOD FAIR!!!!!

Btw yesterday just participated STEM program, where all participants are divided into groups and followed 2 demos by lecturers from UK and USA top universities!!!

Wow can't believed that my decision to participate this program was right, I really enjoyed the program.

As I was arranged into the group for IT Program, I learnt the basic of programming and network & connection, really fun haha!

Today is the UBK (Unit Bimbingan Kaunselling) AGM.

Before that there's should be an interview lah, not sure what was I thinking that time, no experience for doing high-post suddenly want do vice president, you think ppl will choose you meh?

At last I didn't given any post lo, somehow it was "tragic" for me becuz' I really wish to be one of the AJK, but in another way it could be a relief since no need to be busy for several events in future.

Tomorrow is the biggest AGM for Sixth-Form Club, PA Club and The Waves.

GG I think I have no hope dy haha, cuz' I done the same thing as UBK Interview, I interviewed for vice president post of PA Club.

But at least no high post must give a chance for me to be AJK, abo I come to this school for what?

课外活动不够积极，成绩再好有什么用？

Omg I wish there's a hope for me tomorrow... >.<

PA Quiz

By right I should post this yesterday yet again I was too lazy xD

Moreover I don't feel productive these days to study haha dunno why...

Anyway let me talk about the Kuiz PA Peringkat Kebangsaan during 15/6 lah, I also been a helper for this event, this quiz is only participated by upper F6 students.

Alright after the meeting at 14/6 from 4.30-7 pm, me, Yi Heng and Euvern in charged for invigilating the class.

Fyi the quiz are held in classes and each classes had about 2-3 invigilates, and there are ujian bertulis and ujian lisan. Ujian bertulis is in class and ujian lisan is only for 4 teams who scored the best in ujian bertulis.

There are other duties too like for traffic, hall and food.

I found duty for class is the easiest wan so mah chose for it lo, and then I also duty for being a marker, of cuz' the questions are objective and we are given answers to mark.

15/6, reached school hall around 6.30am (for helpers), after some briefings and registration, all students came around 7.45 am.

Btw all lower F6 nid to come for this to attend a ceramah while the upper F6 is taking the quiz.

Besides that there are also students from other schools to participate this quiz too.

So,  this is me where I'm marking the papers... Didn't realize that I had been "偷拍" lol

So, after invigilating and marking the papers, my job has done haha xD

Rest at canteen and then back to hall for watching the best 4 teams to compete for ujian lisan.

Reli interesting pun, got objective and structure questions, and also can 抢答 haha.

Actually after rest got many people "run" dy becuz' got tuition and all that thing lah, u know there's many reasons wan...

Anyway this event ended around 12.30 pm, all students went back and all the helpers left for a while for a reviewing section, and then took a picture lo, then back home around 1.15pm, the end!

Well, in case, I ended my midyear holidays with so much events that I never had before.

Even though it's quite tired to be helper but I gained more experiences too.

So, I think I'm not regret for what had I decided.

Heritage Hunt

Urghh allow me to blog pls becuz' I'm so wanting to post about this even there's no relevant pictures...

But whatever, for the past few days I was kinda tired of being helper for Heritage Hunt and Kuzi PA Peringkat Negeri.

Well, fyi being a helper for these events are voluntary, where you could learn how to organise an event whereby it will help you to plan it again next year.

So first is the Heritage Hunt, I'm unable to talk two events in this post cuz' it's too long.

Fortunately my class has about 10 helpers include me so I think this is some kind of outing for me before the end of midyear holidays lah.

Reached school around 6 am (very early...) for briefing and then follow seniors' car to drive to Georgetown area. All lower F6 helpers tumpang in 5 cars (drivers are those who reli good in driving XD), and omg reli chikek I dunno why they like to be like FNF 7, high speed and cut here cut that... @.@ Well not throughout the way to Esplanade lah, but at least I survived haha xP

Haha I didn't take picture that day so I 翻旧照 to update anything relevant.

So reached Esplanade, the event programmer Yu Cheng brought us to the station where we duty our games, lower F6 duty for 10 stations are the others are for upper F6.

Well, me and Euvern are in the same group duty for "Tempo 接字" station at Khoo Kongsi.

For others they are actually near to us but in different streets only.

The event started around 9 am, since that day is Saturday so many tourists come to visit Georgetown lah (u dun say...), wait for a while finally the first group came to play our game.

Btw 接字 looks easy but with tempo it couldn't say easy anymore haha, many ppl stuck in between cuz' can't think fast about the next word.

Btw for our station there are about 9 groups (total is about 15 groups) played our station game, well considered many dy, for others there're about 5-6 groups came only, since the participants have to choice to choose 5 out of 10 stations.

Around 11.30 am we received instructions to stop and walked back to Esplanade.

Phew finally the game is over! Well, standing for about 3 hours really tired, and also need to explain and demonstrate for so many times...

After a photo session, we all went back to CLHS for prize giving ceremony.

Not sure which group won lah cuz reli tired dy, then about 1 pm baru go home to rest.

Damn later 4 pm again went to school for the meeting for Kuiz PA Peringkat Negeri T.T

Meeting until 7 pm, went home and ate dinner, again rushed to tuition from 8 pm to 10 pm...

Tired die me T.T

But whatever this is my choice to be helper, at least I gained experiences through this event lah.

Well, not sure I'll be participant or OC next year, but I more hope to be the participant lah cuz I more like to play haha XD

Okay that's all for this Heritage Hunt, as a helper only btw.

I'm not sure why still can write for so long.

Maybe tomolo will talk about Kuiz PA Peringkat Kebangsaan gua.

So hey!

If I'm blogging that means I'm not at Kedah, I'm at Penang now!!!

Haha btw I already made my decision of not going Matriks and remain in F6.

Well seriously I dunno why I applied matriks, I mean that time I probably 随波逐流, ppl register I also register...

No matter how that RM6 registration fee is already gone like that, but actually for those who went Matriks still need to pay another about RM500++ school fees for everything.

Haizz same lah everything need to pay money , it's just a matter of pay much or pay less only.

Yesterday is the registration of Matriks but I didn't go haha.

Not sure my friend Chun Jing will be disappointed or not as he really wished that I will come Matriks (for second batch).

Lol fyi KMK 2015/2016 got about 10++ friends from 5SA2 2014!!! In this way I think that is actually bringing me back to the times with the same friends together (of cuz' got new friends too).

No no no this is not I want duh! I really dun wan to make the same mistakes again when meeting up old friends.

Not really a kind of evade, but somehow I want something new, which I think F6 would be the most suitable for me even though now I really felt the pressure of the toughness of STPM...

Well, can't go back anymore dy, no U-turn anymore.

Okay before the main topic, just an recap for the previous event, which is the Heritage Hunt test play.

Yup I'm one of the helpers, so that day we were just testing the station games and give some ideas and responds, like that only.

But anyway it's quite fun pun not really that boring la, like that I can relax mah hehe.

So the meeting changed to Monday dy, by then we could know who will be duty for the station games.

And now here's the main thing...

Seriously this morning I'm not sure why that Chun Jing added me into the KMK 2015/2016 Group. (KMK means Kolej Matrikulasi Kedah)

So I asked him and he said that I am in the list of second batch...

That time I was like "WTF!? Are you serious!? I didn't do rayuan how come I will get a place there!?!?"

Later I go check the webpage and really, I'm in the second batch for KMK 2015/2016!!!

Walaoeh didn't do rayuan also can get a place? The system spoilt dy gua haha.

However, I decided not to go lah cuz' I already 定下心了, I won't change my decision then, so I continue F6.

Moreover I already bought the books yet if I go Matriks reli waste dy la, and also 我好不容易占上一个位子, really dunwan go le.

出尔反尔的, I really dun have the interest to go Matriks dy, even though my friends keep persuading me to go.

眼光要放得远些啦, I still nid more time to think what should I study in future pun, if got chance still can go overseas leh.

Indeed, F6 is harder than Matriks, but somehow I love my hometown so much and my friends here too.

既然我在这里过得不错，我就不会改变决定了。等我们有缘再见吧！我相信我们始终还是可以见面的！

Okay just straightforward I lazy to talk nonsense lol.

So based on the event timetable 1/6 has 2 important events: PA Interview and Majlis Anugerah Pelajar Cemerlang SPM 2014...

For that PA Interview I'm so tl to say about it liao, got 刁到惨惨... (Very very less chance to be vice president T.T)

What I want to say is the majlis thing lah, okay?

For CLHS, there're only 38 ppl got this anugerah and yet in the list, there's only ME studying FORM 6!!! The others already went to Matriks or college,

Somehow those who cant go still can call their parents to be wakil lah, 

So, that day at least I met Zi Yan, Zheng Hong, Lee Tze, Zi Yung, Darren, Po Hean, Feng Nian and others...

Btw fyi there're 402 penerima and we are all given RM250 and a certificate each. RM350 is for those who scored straight A+.

And the qualification is so damn high, you have to score straight A (A+,A,A-), at least score 7A+ and above, and there's no B+ or below in your results.

That's why so less ppl get this anugerah...

Okay it's been an honour to receive this anugerah and also OMG still can shake hand wif YAB Tuan Lim Guan Eng!!! 做梦也想不到我也会有今天!!! =D

That day really really happy heheh...

So the majlis ended around 5.30pm and we received goodie bags too.
