BUSY BUSY For Whole Day!!!

#20
15 January

Saturday -- The busiest day.

6.30 AM, woke up early. Remember that today is my school's co-curriculum exhibition, the most important day, slightly. Sweat, tired, busy!!! I can use these 3 words to describe me in the exhibition. Back forwards... I'm bathing, wearing clothes, having breakfast, finally go to school. The light blue sky, the clouds and the sun beam. All of the well-known natural characters, saw our hard works.

I'm helped the Shaolin Club to publicity our activity. Most of the participators are Form 1, some of them are Form 2 and I saw only a participator is Form 3. We were given a lot of papers to publicity our club. It's not a easy work for us, and also everyone. Because if someone doesn't interesting in that club or society, they will throw the paper inside the dustbin or just don't want to take it. We must convince them greatly and perfectly so that they will participate the club or society. I also tried to do that, in the exhibition.

Finally, there's a little hope for my Shaolin Club because I saw there are 18 participators' names in the list. Oh dear!!! So many competitors such us the Boy's Brigade, St.John, Cadet Police and many more. Just can use a word to describe this competition, keen!!! But we cannot give up or we'll never success. Truly, every year of this day, the cooperative club will sell ice-creams. Don't know where they buy the ice-creams frozen machine just like we seen in the supermarket. But I didn't buy the ice-creams because I was too busy to publicity. Where can I find the time to relax and eat the ice-creams?? Yes, the ice-creams also need money to buy, not free.

But I think the biggest competitor is the Chinese Orchestra. There are many students participate this club... No, is society?? Whatever, I don't know how to say, just forget about it. Those who wore the green uniform are the Chinese Orchestra members. As same as us, they were also as busy as bees to publicity their activities. But I don't mind about them, just let them a chance. Never mind, there are still some hope for the Shaolin Club.

Friends, I can saw them in the school compound, this is the normal situation that you can see in school. They also done their works like us. But their uniform is expensive and thick. Not like the Shaolin Club, just a simple T-shirt and it is cheap and comfortable because the T-shirt is 100% cotton, guess only. But the T-shirt is truly cheap and comfortable.

9.00 AM -- The highlight of our club.

The senior of the club beat the brick into 2 pieces!!! Many parents and Form 1 students watched the performance. Hand clapped loudly, hope also lighted up slightly bright.

10.00 AM -- See you in Monday, Chung Ling!!!

I think you knew my meaning, is the time to back home. Everyone were backed home and a few are still stayed at the school compound. Buy lunch, all are the vegetarian foods... Yummy!!!

1.30 PM until 3.15 PM -- Preparing for my English oral test.

Oh dear!!! It's the drawing time, draw a Photostat machine because the theme is introduce an interesting product for customers as you are a salesman. So hard to draw on a piece of mahjong sheet.

Last sentence for the whole diary...

BUSY BUSY FOR WHOLE DAY!!!

BACK TO SCHOOL & SURPRISES!!!

#19
9th January

3th January is the second year and the first day back to Chung Ling High School. Yeah!!! It's the time to meet new friends and old friends. In the society, everyone is looking forwards for new things and th old things lose up. But at school is different, everyone are finding the old friends but feel afraid to meet new friends.

Actually, surprises are still at the first place in my mind. You know what, the school's afternoon session's head patrol some class with me!!! What a big, big surprise for me!!! I need to know him now!!! Anyway, I don't want to know the last year head patrol if I was Form 2 last year and same class with him. I hate him but the level is low. His mad, fierce and any more. People who get this matter will sick early, maybe. His heart "sick" not the body sick.

However, why I want to know the head patrol this year?? Because he actually is a kind boy, just like me, and he is not fierce, not mad, but he's is the best patrol I never seen before. A best patrol's model is must be him. I hope he will also be my best friend, too. Three friends from my last year's class same class with me this year. All of them are excellent in academic. So, I must work more hard this year.

There are 14 classes for Form 1 and also 14 classes for Form 2. I from the 6th class during I was Form 1 and now I in 2TA5, the last class of the "A" classes. Not mean I very bad but the placement order effected the places of the results. I don't want to talk more about these things, so hard to reflex the whole description. Surprises are still at the back.

2TA1, the first class of the "A" classes, the competition in the academic is very keen, I so happy because I not study in that class. If I study in that class, that's a very hard task for me. But, if I really study in that class, I can improve myself and fight over them. More busy, more interesting. More challenges, more spirit. More light, more admire. This is the surprise that I heard last week, in the school.

Well, I hope they will become more hardworking, and also me. Improve, I can do it. Everyone also can do it. Believe yourself, is the main point of improve!!!

PrEpArE cOoKiEs FOR Chinese New Year AND Cookies' Stories

#18
9th January

Yesterday was a busy day for me and my family. We prepared the Chinese New Year's cookies!!! Count the dates, still has 24 days is the Chinese New Year!!! Don't worry about my blog, my mum allow me to blogging on Saturday and Sunday. Today, yesterday, we done 4 types of cookies. Still has 1 more type to go. These are the cookies we done today and yesterday: peanut cookies, almond cookies, ribbon biscuits and pineapple rolls. The last type is the Nestum cookies.

This is not the cooking blog, I can't give you the whole recipes of the cookies. Maybe you can find the another blog. Let's us talk about cookies:

Cookies are most commonly baked until crisp or just long enough that they remain soft, but some kinds of cookies are not baked at all. Cookies are made in a wide variety of styles, using an array of ingredients including sugars, spices, chocolate, butter, peanut butter, nuts or dried fruits. The softness of the cookie may depend on how long it is baked.
A general theory of cookies may be formulated this way. Despite its descent from cakes and other sweetened breads, the cookie in almost all its forms has abandoned water as a medium for cohesion. Water in cakes serves to make the base (in the case of cakes called "batter") as thin as possible, which allows the bubbles – responsible for a cake's fluffiness – to form better. In the cookie, the agent of cohesion has become some form of oil. Oils, whether they be in the form of butter, egg yolks, vegetable oils or lard are much more viscous than water and evaporate freely at a much higher temperature than water. Thus a cake made with butter or eggs instead of water is far denser after removal from the oven.
Oils in baked cakes do not behave as soda in the finished result. Rather than evaporating and thickening the mixture, they remain, saturating the bubbles of escaped gases from what little water there might have been in the eggs, if added, and the carbon dioxide released by heating the baking powder. This saturation produces the most texturally attractive feature of the cookie, and indeed all fried foods: crispness saturated with a moisture (namely oil) that does not sink into it.
Flour and eggs are the main ingredients of making cookies. Most of the bakery shops will sold these two things, commonly.
Baking can be fun too. Try it at home at sign up for cooking class. You will fell the joy and happiness of baking.
